Developer Analyst (A/B Tests)

Main Tasks:

• Development of the A/B testing direction: supporting the full cycle of experiments from hypothesis formulation to result interpretation within the framework of interaction with business customers.
• Designing and developing an internal platform for A/B tests in both online and offline channels: metadata storage, metric calculation, segmentation logic, analytical data marts, and decision-making tools.
• Developing and supporting data pipelines for collecting, processing, validating, and monitoring experimental data.
• Forming a unified layer of product and business metrics, as well as rules for interpreting test results.
• Automating routine analytical tasks using LLM and AI agents: generating SQL, preparing reports, primary analysis of results, data quality control.
• Developing self-service tools for product and analytical teams to enable faster experiment launch and analysis.
• Interacting with product, development, and analytics teams to implement a culture of experiment-based decision-making.
• Preparing documentation, standards, and best practices for the experimentation direction.

Our Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience, successful cases of launching and conducting A/B tests.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience in product analytics, data engineering, or development of internal analytical solutions.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests: experiment design, metric selection, checking the correctness of results, interpreting findings.
• Understanding of data mart construction principles, ETL/ELT processes, data quality control, and pipeline monitoring.
• Ability to translate business and product tasks into formalized analytical and technical solutions.
• Experience developing solutions used by internal teams: analysts, product managers, developers.
• Interest in analytics automation and the application of LLM/AI approaches in workflows. It would be great to have skills in building robust agent cycles, managing model context and memory.
