Vacancy: We are looking for an HR / Recruiter for our GameDev team 🎮 Salary: RevShare (% of the candidate's future earnings)

Vacancy Description: We are looking for an HR / Recruiter for our GameDev team 🎮, who will help us build a team of developers and specialists for current and future GameDev projects.

This is not a position for one specific project — the person will be involved in team development and filling vacancies as new projects launch.

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates for various positions in GameDev.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial HR interviews with candidates.
• Assess the candidate's experience, motivation, expectations, and suitability for the position.
• Organize technical interviews and audits with technical specialists.
• Maintain communication with candidates at all stages of hiring.
• Provide candidates with technical tasks and monitor their completion.
• Formulate and send offers to suitable candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database and track each candidate's progress.
• Provide feedback to candidates on the results of each stage.
• Collaborate with team leads and technical specialists.
• Participate in building a talent pool for future projects.
• Gradually build and improve our internal hiring process within the team.

Positions to be filled: Primarily GameDev specialists:

• C# / Unity developers;
• 2D / 3D designers;
• Material Designers;
• technical specialists;
• QA and other positions as projects evolve.

The list of vacancies will expand with the team's growth.

Important Requirements:

• Experience in HR / recruiting will be a big plus.
• Understanding of the principles of hiring IT and GameDev specialists.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates.
• Ability to independently assess a candidate's motivation and adequacy.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously and maintain communication.
• Willingness to learn about the technical areas of specialization.
• Responsibility for hiring results, not just the number of candidates found.
• Working language — Russian.

What kind of HR we need: We need someone who will not just forward resumes to the manager, but will independently guide the candidate through the entire hiring process. It's important to be able to understand if a person is a good fit for the team, present the project correctly, maintain the candidate's interest, and bring suitable specialists on board. Technical assessment of candidates will be conducted by separate technical specialists and auditors — the HR role does not require being a programmer or designer.

About the Team: We are developing our GameDev direction and plan to launch several projects. Therefore, the HR specialist will not only work with current vacancies but also participate in building the team for future projects. This is an opportunity to build your own recruiting system within a growing GameDev team and gradually take on more responsibility for HR processes.
