Requirements: • from 2 years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus; • experience in corporate law and asset management; • experience in the development sector; • knowledge of Cypriot labor law; • fluent English and Russian.

Key tasks: • deal structuring; • legal risk management; • preparation and approval of contracts; • interaction with banks, government authorities, external lawyers, and the internal legal department; • support for licensing issues and permit documentation; • legal support for the company owner.
