Junior SMM Specialist / SMM Assistant

We are looking for a junior SMM specialist who will assist our manager in handling client projects: communicating with clients, participating in calls, managing accounts, coming up with content ideas, preparing texts, visuals, and creatives. Important: we are only considering candidates who have the ability to receive payments to foreign bank accounts.

Conditions: Format: remote NOT FROM RF (or the ability to receive payments to a foreign account) Employment: part-time, approximately 4-5 hours per day. Payment: fixed 350 € per month. If the number of projects increases to 4+, the payment can be revised and increased. Conditions are discussed individually.

Tasks:

• Briefs and research: participate in client calls, study their product, target audience, and competitors.
• Independent idea development: come up with themes for reels, stories, and posts, write scripts and texts, suggest formats and categories. Ideas should be "sales-driven" and consistent with the client's Tone of Voice.
• Visualization: create a consistent profile style, make covers for reels and images for posts. You choose the tool yourself — Photoshop, Figma, or Canva. The ability to generate using AI tools and edit the results will be a big plus.
• Analytics and trends: follow trends and new formats, collect basic statistics (reach, engagement) and suggest improvements. The ability to see what "resonates" with the audience will be an advantage.
• Teamwork: interact with the designer, copywriter, and manager, make edits on time at the client's request, and consider feedback.

Required experience:

• You have 1-2 real cases of working with clients or your own social media projects.
• You are confident working with graphic editors, know how to create covers and visuals. Portfolio is required.
• You know Russian, can write and edit texts; English or German will be a big plus.
• You love experimenting with neural networks: you know how to write prompts for text models and correct their output. Knowledge of AI for generating images and translations will be an advantage.
• Responsible, organized, attentive to detail, ready to manage several projects independently.
