We are looking for a Junior System Analyst to join our development team – a specialist who will work at the intersection of business and IT, helping to translate customer needs into clear technical solutions.

📍 Responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from the customer Formulating a high-level solution Detailed task definition for development: API contracts, data models, functional and system logic, user interfaces Initial functional testing of the product Demonstrating and defending the product to the customer Documenting AS IS and TO BE solutions

📍 Experience and Education Requirements: Higher relevant education OR Completed courses / internships in system or IT analysis

📍 Non-Technical Requirements: High communication skills Independence and responsibility High learning ability Proficient oral and written communication Developed analytical and problem-solving skills

📍 Technical Requirements: Understanding the role of an IT analyst in a project Knowledge of requirements theory and the ability to gather and process them Understanding of system architecture (microservices, monolith, SOA) Understanding of system integration methods (synchronous/asynchronous interaction, REST, SOAP, MQ) Technical literacy (computer science) Knowledge and understanding of relational database principles Basic SQL proficiency Ability to work with AI agents: prompts, validation, and refinement of results
