We are currently looking for an Executive / Business English Trainer for our partner's team — an international IT company in the iGaming sphere. They develop high-load B2B platforms with millions of users worldwide.

The company's main office is located in Limassol (Cyprus), and we are looking for a teacher willing to relocate and become an important part of the international corporate culture!

What is the role about?

You will enhance the language skills of C-level management, founders, and the company's top team. Your task is to ensure that executives can freely conduct international negotiations, speak at conferences, and solve business problems in English without a language barrier.

What will you be doing:

• Working with top executives: conducting individual and mini-group sessions (from A1 to C2) for managers and their employees.
• Customizing programs: developing and adapting courses for real business tasks — Business English, Executive English, Negotiation English, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills.
• Implementing modern tools: using AI services (ChatGPT, Miro, etc.) and digital platforms to create interactive activities and pedagogical design.
• Measuring results: tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and guiding them towards set goals.
• Maintaining focus on engagement: creating a dynamic, comfortable atmosphere during classes, motivating even the busiest executives to learn regularly.

What experience is important to us:

• From 5–7 years of English teaching experience.
• Practical experience is mandatory: working with business owners, C-level, and top management; with the corporate sector and international companies.
• Methodological expertise: deep knowledge of Business/Executive English, ability to prepare for international negotiations and public speaking.
• Modern stack: using AI and interactive whiteboards in material preparation.
• Willingness for on-site work in Limassol (Cyprus) and relocation.
• Experience in IT / FinTech / Tech sector will be a big plus!
