🚀 We are looking for a Growth manager (Mobile Apps)
A Growth manager who influences the product not by processes, but by data and decisions. If you are interested in understanding why metrics are growing or falling, and seeing the direct result of your decisions - let's get acquainted.
What we need from you: ✅ 3+ years of experience in Growth / Product in product companies with mobile applications. ✅ Understanding of key mobile product metrics: DAU/MAU, Activation, Retention, Conversion, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV, CAC, ROAS. ✅ Experience in conducting A/B tests: from formulating a hypothesis and designing an experiment to analyzing results and making decisions. ✅ Strong product analytics skills and the ability to independently find growth points based on data.
📍 Format: ideally - an office in Minsk, but with a strong match, we are ready to consider remote work from different locations.
