We are looking for a person capable of creating and developing the «Early Warning System» product together with us.
Our main tasks:
- creation of an automated process for timely identification of negative trends in counterparties' activities at early stages based on automated processing of a large volume of data from various sources using algorithms and models with the application of artificial intelligence technologies;
- creation of an automated workspace for the monitoring unit on the Bank's target platforms, ensuring maximum efficiency of employees in performing their monitoring functions for corporate clients.
Product Team Description:
- a group of cross-functional teams in Moscow and Samara works on the product;
- teams include competencies: backend development, frontend development, testing, business and system analysis, data research (Data scientist).
Responsibilities
- design, development, and support of infrastructure for storing and processing big data;
- collecting requirements from subject matter experts, developing requirements and use cases;
- coordinating developed requirements with the customer, setting tasks for the developer;
- participation in the modeling of software architecture;
- development/maintenance of system documentation;
- participation in development testing, coordination of test scenarios;
- consultation of testers during task verification, consultation of business users during acceptance phase;
- organization and conduct of acceptance testing.
Requirements
- advanced level of English, which allows fluent communication in English with an English-speaking client;
- experience in writing functional requirements/business requirements/technical specifications (documentation)/ for development (mandatory);
- experience working as a system analyst/technologist in an IT company or financial organization;
- understanding of the software development lifecycle, understanding of the principles of designing and developing relational databases;
- good knowledge of SQL (select, join, update, insert, case), basic knowledge of XML and XSD;
- literate and clear speech, ability to concisely formulate thoughts both orally and in writing, leadership qualities;
- ability to work in a team, ability and desire to communicate with customers, developers, testers, analysts of related systems;
- knowledge of methodologies and experience in scrum/Kanban, knowledge of business process description tools (UML Activity, IDEF0, IDEF3).
Will be a plus:
- experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira);
- knowledge of OOP (Java, C++);
- knowledge of BPMN notation;
- understanding of corporate lending business processes;
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky and their analogues in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
