We are looking for a person capable of creating and developing the "Early Warning System" product together with us.
Our main tasks:
- Creation of an automated process for timely detection of negative trends in counterparties' activities at early stages based on automated processing of a large volume of data from various sources using algorithms and models with the application of artificial intelligence technologies.
- Creation of an automated workplace for the monitoring department on the Bank's target platforms, ensuring maximum employee efficiency in performing their functional duties for monitoring corporate clients.
Product Team Description:
- The product is developed by a group of cross-functional teams in Moscow and Samara.
- The teams include competencies in: backend development, frontend development, testing, business and system analysis, data research (Data Scientist).
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and support of infrastructure for storing and processing big data
- Collection of requirements from subject matter experts, development of requirements and use cases
- Coordination of developed requirements with the customer, task assignment to the developer
- Participation in software architecture modeling
- Development/maintenance of system documentation
- Participation in development testing, coordination of test scenarios
- Consultation of testers during task verification, consultation of business users during acceptance
- Organization and conduct of acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English, allowing for fluent communication with English-speaking clients
- Experience in writing functional requirements/business requirements/technical specifications (documentation)/ for development (mandatory)
- Work experience as a System Analyst/Technologist in an IT company or financial institution
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, understanding of relational database design and development principles
- Good knowledge of SQL (select, join, update, insert, case), basic knowledge of XML and XSD
- Articulate and clear speech, ability to formulate thoughts concisely both verbally and in writing, leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a team, ability and willingness to communicate with customers, developers, testers, analysts of related systems
- Knowledge of methodologies and experience in Scrum/Kanban, knowledge of business process description tools (UML Activity, IDEF0, IDEF3).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)
- Knowledge of OOP (Java, C++)
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
- Understanding of corporate lending business processes
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
