The product fits multiple markets (not just B2B SaaS). We're exploring alternative positionings to find the next product-market fit. A role built around finding new positioning and making it work.
01 Master. Get deep into Theona — what it does and where it shines. Try different positionings. Translate "tech" into "value" to customers.
02 Track. Live on the front edge of AI — the startup launches, the ad creatives, the campaigns that are winning. Spot what works and adapt it.
03 Ship. Test fast: packaging, channels, audiences, hooks. Build landings, creatives and automations yourself. Doesn't land? Cut it and iterate again.
04 Talk. Get on calls with your ICP and pull out the pain they have. Hunt for "can I pilot this?".
05 Land. Find the repeatable GTM channel that brings in qualified leads week after week. And own it.
06 Own. Put Theona in front of the most forward-thinking teams in the world. Find what works and help us build around it. As Theona scales, so do you.
You track the AI startups winning right now — their launches, creatives, campaigns.
You're a pro AI user: you write clean, sharp texts with real taste — and catch a hallucination before it ships.
You move autonomously, using AI to build landing pages, automations, and campaigns fast on your own.
You're fluent in customer conversations — interviews, real needs, positioning that hits the pain, deals closed on a pilot.
You see where leads drop, adjust the message, and end every hypothesis with a clear verdict.
Early startup hire, growth specialist, marketing generalist or B2B PMM. European market — a must-have, North America — a strong plus.
