We are developing a high-load fintech product and are looking for a QA engineer to help ensure the stability of releases and the quality of user scenarios.
What you will be doing:
- perform smoke testing before releases according to prepared checklists;
- test key user scenarios: trading, deposit-withdrawal, personal account;
- perform regression testing of the platform's main flows;
- create and manage bugs in Jira: description, reproduction steps, priorities, logs, screenshots;
- test backend API via Postman;
- work with the database using prepared SQL queries;
- analyze Kafka consumer messages (we will teach you);
- interact with developers and analysts on releases and defects;
- participate in the analysis of production incidents and user cases.
What we expect:
- commercial experience in testing from 1 year;
- understanding of QA processes and the bug lifecycle;
- experience in manual web-backend testing;
- confident work with Postman;
- basic SQL knowledge;
- understanding of client-server architecture and API;
- experience with Jira-YouTrack;
- attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to communicate with the team.
Will be a plus:
- experience with Kafka;
- understanding of logging and error analysis;
- experience in test automation;
- basic understanding of CI-CD and Git.
