Banki.ru is the largest financial marketplace in Russia. Our product is a high-load platform that is integrated with the IT systems of the largest banks, investment, insurance, and microfinance companies in Russia.
Responsibilities
- Manual testing of the banki.ru portal and its services (frontend and backend).
- Participation in the formation and regular review of the product's testing strategy and risk map.
- Participation in requirement analysis before development begins: formulating acceptance criteria, identifying contradictions and non-validatable statements.
- Development of test cases and checklists (Allure TestOps).
- Functional, regression, integration testing, and API testing.
- Analysis, localization, and description of errors (Jira).
- Log analysis (Kibana).
- Participation in building and maintaining test infrastructure: environments, data, mocks of external dependencies — so that the team can test itself without waiting for others.
- Participation in the analysis of defects that reached production and adding checks that will help prevent them from being missed in the future.
- Involvement in supporting and developing autotests.
Requirements
- Experience in manual testing of frontend and backend.
- Knowledge of SQL and the ability to work with it.
- API testing skills (Postman).
- Knowledge of test design techniques and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Understanding of software testing methodology, development process, and defect lifecycle.
- Understanding of web application structure (client-server, HTTP, DevTools).
- Experience with CI.
- Experience with Jira.
- Attentiveness, critical thinking, analytical skills, trainability.
- Good communication skills, teamwork experience, ability to argue one's point of view in writing and orally.
Will be a plus
- Experience in writing autotests.
- Experience with Kibana or other log aggregation systems.
- Experience with Allure TestOps.
- Basic knowledge of Docker or load testing.
- Familiarity with assessing the quality of AI systems (eval sets, LLM-as-a-judge, guardrails, prompt injection checks).
