Audio-visual service LimeHD is looking for a Head of Content Factory.

Your task will be to build and fully automate the process of creating, dubbing, and editing video content using modern AI tools. The key objective is to transform video creation from a creative process into a highly efficient assembly line capable of producing hundreds of personalized videos per day.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Process Automation:
- Develop and implement an end-to-end content production automation system using no-code/low-code platforms (n8n).
- Design and configure workflows in n8n that connect various AI services.
- Optimize the entire content lifecycle: from idea and text to the final video and its editing for different platforms.
AI Tool Management and Integration:
- Eleven Labs: Set up automatic voice-over of texts with different voices, controlling intonation and emotional coloring for various content types.
- AI Avatars: Select, test, and integrate solutions for generating videos with realistic AI avatars (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar). Set up video creation from a text script.
- AI for Video Editing: Implement and configure tools for automatically slicing long videos into vertical/horizontal clips, creating cliffhangers, subtitles, and highlights (e.g., based on OpenAI GPT for content analysis + specialized services).
Team and Project Management:
- Lead the team: copywriters, designers, editors, integrating them into the new automated system.
- Assign technical tasks to the team and AI systems.
- Monitor compliance with unified quality standards at all stages of the automated assembly line.
- Manage the budget for AI service and tool subscriptions.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Track content assembly line efficiency metrics: production speed, cost per video, engagement.
- Continuously analyze the AI tool market, test new solutions, and implement them to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Automation Experience: Practical experience with n8n (mandatory!) or similar platforms (Zapier, Make.com). Ability to build complex workflows.
- Deep understanding of AI tools.
- Eleven Labs: Experience with API, voice setup, speech parameter management.
- AI Avatars: Knowledge of the market (Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.), integration and setup experience.
- Video Editing: Understanding of how to automate the editing process, knowledge of relevant services or scripts.
- Technical Background: Understanding of API basics (REST), JSON. Ability to communicate effectively with developers if custom modifications are needed.
- Content Production Experience: At least 2 years in a role such as Head of Content/Content Producer, Head of Content Factory, Lead Video Project Manager. Understanding of the full video creation cycle.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika, social media) to evaluate content effectiveness.
