Bitlica is a company at the intersection of product development and marketing technologies. We develop and promote a portfolio of mobile and web products with over 30 million downloads, and in parallel, we are developing our own ecosystem of AI tools for analytics and marketing.
We are currently looking for an AI Producer who can turn ideas into engaging AI videos and understands how to create creatives that influence product metrics.
Requirements:
- Understanding of short video creation principles (hook, pacing, cliffhanger, emotional accents), timing for vertical format;
- Understanding of how a video grabs attention in the feed from the very first seconds;
- Ability to analyze successful creatives and create original concepts based on them;
- Experience with Kling AI, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.;
- Confident prompting and ability to maintain consistency of characters, objects, and environments between scenes;
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production: After Effects or equivalent, Photoshop or another editor for frame processing and cleanup;
- Developed visual taste and experience: understanding of frame composition, camera work, basics of cinematography;
- Ability to work with feedback: quickly make edits, clarify details, and show initiative;
- English language proficiency from Intermediate level for working with on-screen text and controlling the consistency of subtitles and voiceovers;
- Understanding of key creative performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) and the logic of A/B testing.
Your tasks:
- Full cycle AI creative production: from idea generation and scriptwriting to final editing and preparation of materials for launch:
- finding and analyzing references, writing/rewriting scripts;
- character and location visuals, storyboarding;
- generating footage in AI tools, animation;
- music selection, sound design, editing, color grading, final assembly.
- A/B tests and scaling: generating hypothesis variations, refining successful creatives into new combinations;
- Tracking and testing new AI tools on the market.
