AI Artist / Neural Artist
We are creating an app with AI companions (in the style of Character.ai) and are looking for a talented AI Artist / Neural Artist to lead the process of creating the "personality" and visual style of our characters.
You will combine the roles of scriptwriter, prompt engineer, and video editor: breathe life into digital heroes, write their characters, and create viral promo content for them.
🤖 What you will do:
- Character Personality Design: Develop concepts, lore, unique personalities, speech styles, and backgrounds for AI companions. Dive deep into character psychology.
- Prompt Engineering: Write and optimize system prompts (instructions for LLM models) so that the AI character strictly adheres to its role, speaks in a lively manner, and doesn't break character.
- Graphics and Video Generation: Create stable and photorealistic visuals (faces, clothing, locations) and generate videos with characters using neural networks (Krea, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, etc.).
- Post-production and Retouching: Perfect the generated content. Retouch AI artifacts, perform professional color correction and upscaling.
- Promo Video Creation: Edit dynamic advertising and presentation videos for social media and app markets.
💎 What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in Generative Art: Confident command of the current stack for graphics and video (Midjourney, Krea, Runway, Kling/Luma/Pika).
- Understanding of Text AI Logic: Experience working with ChatGPT / Claude at an advanced prompting level (understanding how to set system context, tone of voice, and limitations).
- Video Editing and Graphics Skills: Professional proficiency in editing and processing software (Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop).
- Experience in Color Correction and Retouching: Ability to fix AI generation errors (plastics, skin/finger defects) and bring videos to a unified cinematic style.
- Creativity and Literacy: Ability to write engaging stories, lively dialogues, and develop deep psychological portraits.
A plus would be: Sound design skills (selection and mixing of sound effects, working with AI voiceovers).
