🚀 Tech Lead

Product: B2C, Secure Connectivity Schedule and Work Format: full-time, MSK time zone, remote (outside of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus) Technology Stack: Go, Node.js (legacy), PostgreSQL (cloud managed), Redis, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI/CD Salary: up to $4000, negotiable, depends on experience

We are a product team developing a B2C service in the secure connectivity domain. Our product helps users maintain stable and secure access to familiar online services even under restrictions. The key is no complex settings or technical stress.

We are currently expanding the team and looking for a Tech Lead who will bring additional expertise to product development, optimize current solutions, research new opportunities, and manage the development team (currently 3 people).

⚠️ We are also open to considering a Senior Developer with minimal team management experience (mentoring / training / understanding how team processes can be organized)

⚙️ Responsibilities:

1. Development and Architecture (primary): writing the backend of the product in Go, migrating legacy components from Node.js to Go, designing APIs, integrating payment systems

2. Mobile Application Curation: technical leadership of mobile client development (React Native), preparation for publication in Apple App Store and Google Play

3. Team Management: task distribution, monitoring deadlines and quality of work

📝 Requirements:

• 4+ years in backend development, with significant experience in Go
• experience with Kubernetes in production
• strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis
• experience managing Linux servers, understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS, TLS)
• ability to be both an architect and a developer – not just drawing diagrams but also writing production code
• experience leading a team of 2-3 people: task distribution, code review, monitoring
• independence: able to take on a task, research the topic, make a decision, and implement it without micromanagement
