Project Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role involves active communication with the client, requirements gathering, and participation in the development of CRM and marketing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Define and manage project scope
• Prepare project documentation:
  • BRD
  • SRS
  • user stories
  • acceptance criteria
• Participate in acceptance testing
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate stakeholder expectations
• Ensure solutions align with business goals

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of software development processes
• Strong system and business analysis skills
• Experience with CRM integrations:
  • Salesforce ↔ CRM
  • Salesforce ↔ ERP
  • third-party integrations
• Experience working with requirements documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with acceptance testing
• English level: B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience working with enterprise CRM ecosystems
• Understanding of marketing automation processes
• Experience working in international distributed teams
