Middle Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our strong Combo Tech team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing CIS partner pool: scaling current networks, streamers, and SEO teams. Building transparent long-term relationships.
• Daily economy control: tracking traffic ROI (OAS, Cost, Dep sum). Timely stopping of loss-making campaigns and disabling partners who do not meet basic KPIs (OAS < 80%).
• Tough negotiations: reasonably reducing rates when quality drops, switching webmasters from "flat" CPA to hybrids/RevShare, revising toxic historical terms (payment for duplicates, etc.).
• Analytics and fraud work: close collaboration with BI dashboards (PowerBI) to evaluate cohorts, identify brand cannibalization, incentivized traffic, and self-exclusions.
• New business: searching for strong partners, arguing for prepays (advances) to the Head of Affiliates based on digitized forecasts and historical data.
• Operations: controlling the correct setup of baselines and weighers in tracking systems, overseeing payments.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager from 1.5 to 3 years.
• Fluent in mathematics: you must deeply understand FTD, CPA, LTV, OAS, NGR, Admin Fee metrics and be able to calculate the company's real margin.
• Experience with large budgets, complex hybrid deals, and issuing prepays.
• Understanding the mechanics of main traffic sources: how SEO, ASO, Telegram networks, email newsletters, and streamers operate.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to compile data in Excel/Google Sheets, basic or advanced experience with PowerBI.
• Courage and autonomy: you don't wait for a command from above to stop traffic if you see a cohort going into the red. You know how to say a firm "no" to unfavorable terms.
