We are looking for someone who can effectively develop a viral content strategy for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, write scripts for UGC creators, manage their work, and analyze metrics to scale successful videos.

What we're looking for 2+ years in social media marketing, content strategy or short-form video production. Proven understanding of virality: you can explain why a specific video worked, not just that it did. Native-level feel for US short-form culture and C1+ written English. You write the way people talk on TikTok, not like a press release. Marketing fundamentals: ICP, positioning, funnel, messaging. Experience writing scripts or briefs for creators, UGC or ads. Comfort with metrics and testing; you make decisions from data, not taste alone. Ownership: you care about results, not about closing tasks.
