**Role 1: Senior Product Owner (Strategy & Growth) **• Your focus: Shaping product vision and managing its value. • Tasks: Developing product strategy, conducting in-depth UXR research, prioritizing backlog based on data (Unit economics, Retention, LTV). • Expectations: Experience managing complex B2C products for 4-5+ years. Deep understanding of metrics and experience in companies like Kaspi, Kolesa, Yandex, Avito, Beeline. • Result: Exponential growth of key service indicators and creation of the best user experience on the market.

**Role 2: Middle/ Senior Project Manager (Delivery & Operations) **• Your focus: Building flawless implementation and value delivery processes. • Tasks: Managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, minimizing risks, modeling complex business processes (BPMN, UML) and facilitating Agile teams. • Expectations: Relevant experience in IT delivery for 3+ years. Ability to translate ambitious business ideas into clear release cycles. • Result: Predictability of releases, transparency of processes, and high speed of feature time-to-market (TTM).
