Tasks:
- Participation in discussions of business tasks with the product team: clarifying goals, defining success metrics, and agreeing on expectations from the analysis results.
- Data collection and preparation: extracting information from various sources and bringing data into a unified format.
- Deep data analysis and dependency search: exploring data arrays, identifying hidden correlations, cause-and-effect relationships, and critical patterns necessary for solving business problems.
- Hypothesis testing through A/B testing: designing experiments, analyzing their results, assessing statistical significance, identifying patterns and anomalies.
- Data visualization and presentation of results: transforming data into clear graphs, dashboards, and infographics for effective communication of findings.
Requirements:
- Mathematics and statistics. Understanding of probability theory, statistical distributions, hypothesis testing methods, linear algebra.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation. Knowledge of basic algorithms, ability to create and select features, interpret data.
- Experience with big data and knowledge of cloud platform principles.
- Communication skills. Ability to explain complex things in simple terms, interact with business analysts, developers, and other specialists.
- Machine learning. PyTorch, TensorFlow (desirable)
