Hello! We create and develop systems with AI agents. We have already automated most of the routine tasks, so there is a minimum of classic "manual work" and manual data entry here. We are currently looking for a responsible On-Duty Engineer (L1 Support / DevOps) to take control of the stability of our systems. The main essence of the role is to keep a finger on the pulse, stay connected, and respond promptly if something goes wrong. We do not require a deep technical background; we will teach you everything ourselves, but in return, we expect absolute discipline.

🛠 What you will do: ▪️ System Monitoring: Monitor the uptime (operability) of automatic AI agents and internal services. ▪️ Incident Response: Be available on Slack (including weekends) and respond promptly to alerts. ▪️ Important: You don't need to sit and stare at the monitor 24/7; it's enough to be reachable by phone/laptop and respond to notifications. ▪️ Incident Management: If a system goes down, quickly connect, assess the situation using ready-made instructions, and if the problem is complex, call in the on-duty developers or DevOps engineers.

🛠 What we expect from the candidate: ▪️ Absolute responsibility: we need a person the team can fully rely on. If an alert comes in, you react quickly and clearly. ▪️ Stress resistance and proactivity: the ability not to panic if production goes down, quickly orient yourself in the situation, and if there's a deadline, persistently tag/call the team until the end. ▪️ Basic technical literacy: Understanding what client-server architecture, API, and Slack bots are will be your advantage. ▪️ Will be a plus: Initial knowledge in DevOps / system administration.

💼 What we offer: ▪️ Salary: 60,000 ₽ net. ▪️ Fully remote. ▪️ Flexible work format – an excellent option for combining with studies (senior years of relevant universities) or other project activities. There is no strict requirement to sit in front of the screen for 8 hours straight; the main thing is availability on messengers and a high reaction speed to incidents.
