Position: Senior DBA / MLOps Engineer Company: Selecty (KA) Location and format: remote within the Russian Federation Salary: 350,000 — 450,000 ₽ net (Labor Code / Individual Entrepreneur)
MLOps expertise development center for the bank's team. The team is developing a unified MLOps ecosystem for the full lifecycle of ML models and AI services.
Key Areas:
• Model development environment and train/inference pipelines • Model execution environment and delivery pipelines • Non-model services platform • Feature Store • AutoML and AlfaPredict • A/B testing • RAG / LLMOps • AI-powered document processing system
Responsibilities:
• Optimize database settings for Big Data and Streaming Feature Store • Configure and deploy infrastructure components • Create and maintain user tools for working within a unified ML pipeline for training and applying models • Scale systems and tools for managing the ML model lifecycle • Develop and maintain the infrastructure of the centralized MLOps platform • Interact with development, analytics, and Data Science teams
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in configuring and optimizing Big Data solutions • At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer • Proficient skills in Docker, Helm, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Python • Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK • Experience administering Kubernetes and/or MLOps solutions • Understanding of infrastructure processes and automation principles
