We are building the AM department from scratch. And we need a leader who creates a system, not just "maintains" the routine.
Who we are An international provider of advertising accounts and infrastructure for media buying, affiliate teams, agencies, and performance partners. We work with Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP, Native, and dozens of other sources. Our priority is stability, speed, and quality.
The AM department is being reassembled: there are many leads, operations are growing, and new verticals are emerging. We need someone who will build clear processes instead of chaos.
What you will do 🚀 Lead and strengthen the AM team (currently 3 people, we will grow) 📌 Build processes "from lead to client lifecycle" 🎯 Implement service standards, SLAs, escalations, and cross-functional interaction (AM → Supply → Finance → Client) 🤝 Personally manage top clients: negotiations, retention, upsell 📊 Set up KPI control, reporting, and risk management (overspend, billing, top-ups) 📈 Build a strategic pipeline for key clients 🧠 Train, onboard, and motivate managers 🔁 Participate with the CEO in the department's scaling strategy
What you need to become our candidate ✔️ Experience in affiliate, performance marketing, media buying, or B2B SaaS ✔️ Team management experience of 2+ years ✔️ Strong negotiation skills and experience working with key clients ✔️ Experience in international markets ✔️ English Upper-Intermediate+ ✔️ Understanding of advertising accounts (MCC, billing, risks) ✔️ Ability to set up processes "from scratch" and manage results
Will be a plus 🔹 iGaming, Apps, eCommerce, Fintech 🔹 Team of 5+ people reporting to you 🔹 Experience in building CRM and sales pipelines
