Requirements: Experience in successfully managing databases of 50+ bloggers/actors simultaneously. Experience with the US market and Tier-1 (UK, Canada, Europe) is mandatory. Understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, video unique identification methods, account warming, and shadowban circumvention. Performance mindset: control of in-video Retention, CTR of hooks (first 3 seconds), and conversion of views to installs. Own database of native English-speaking UGC makers will be a huge advantage. Building and scaling UGC networks in Tier-1 markets. Management of named brand accounts, building a system of unique content for mobile subscription applications. Pipeline production of briefs and scenarios, monitoring of American trends. Quality control and content uploading, creative testing. Building a department from scratch and assembling a micro-team for yourself with the prospect of growing into a department head. Important: Start with part-time (trial period) with a transition to 100% full-time based on results.
