Head of Business Analysis Department required for pharmaceutical company Binnopharm Group.
Binnopharm Group is one of the largest drug manufacturers in Russia. They are building an international company that develops, produces, and successfully brings its products to new markets, creating an extensive sales system adapted to each country.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the business analysis department, developing the team from reporting to full business partnership
- Developing a unified business analysis system for commerce and marketing: integrating sales data, CRM, market panels, promo and digital activities for management decision-making
- Developing and standardizing BI solutions (based on Power BI): designing management dashboards, implementing mobile analytics, training users, and promoting a data-driven culture
- Ensuring data quality and integrity: developing processes for collecting, validating, and processing primary, secondary, and tertiary sales data for the Russian Federation and CIS countries, CRM data, and external sources
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, economic)
- Experience in managing an analytical team (business analysis department, information-analytical department, BI team) for at least 3 years
- Experience working with business customers (commerce, marketing, field teams): from request gathering and task definition to solution implementation and effect measurement
- Experience with sales analytics (regional, per-client, including pharmacy chains), market analytics, and CRM in pharmaceutical companies or FMCG/manufacturing companies with developed field infrastructure
- Advanced proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, SQL, DAX; application of statistical and econometric analysis methods
- Knowledge of Python will be an advantage
