The pharmaceutical company PROMED is looking for a Head of Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Management of the analytics department (up to 6 people):
- Processing reports from distributors and pharmacy chains, analyzing clients and SKUs;
- Reconciliation of data from distributors and pharmacy chains with MDL P data;
- Issuing regular reports and presentations on sales, stock levels, distribution, cash receipts, and market share;
- Developing analytical notes and recommendations for the business based on data;
- Creating new types of reports upon business request;
- Searching for new information sources to improve analytical support.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education, preferably in mathematics/technical fields;
- Total work experience and experience in a similar role: from 6 years;
- Professional skills: mandatory knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, understanding of the sales and promotion chain in the pharma market;
- Knowledge of languages, specific PC programs, etc.: Excel (Power Query, macros), excellent command of PowerPoint, SQL, Olap cubes.
