Lead Marketing Analyst
IDS Borjomi is looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst for the Business Planning and Research Department. This role is an opportunity to influence brand development through in-depth market analytics, insight discovery, and the formulation of recommendations for commercial and marketing decisions. You will work at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and data: analyzing consumer behavior, tracking market trends, evaluating initiative effectiveness, and helping the team make fact-based decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market situations, trends, competitive environments, and company brand performance to identify business development opportunities;
- Preparing analyses based on multiple data sources (Nielsen, retail chain sales data, loyalty card data, internal data, AI, open sources) and developing business recommendations;
- Forecasting the development of markets, sales, and company brand shares;
- Developing pricing recommendations within the framework of strategic and annual business planning;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities;
- Assessing the potential of innovations and new product launches;
- Working with analytical cubes, building reports and data dashboards, preparing presentations;
- Automating reporting, forecasting, and modeling;
- Analyzing data and providing recommendations in response to requests from management and the team;
- Working with data providers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of business analytics experience in FMCG is mandatory;
- Deep knowledge of Nielsen retail audit and advanced proficiency in Nielsen Answers, Excel, Power Query, Power Point, Power BI, and AI are mandatory;
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher;
- Ability to work with numbers, attention to detail, and accuracy;
- Multitasking ability and prioritization skills;
- Experience in modeling and forecasting;
- Understanding of financial business metrics;
- Ability to build effective communication with related departments.
