We are opening a search for a Lead Product Manager at Fingular for our Super App in Malaysia 🇲🇾

Super App is an application that we are developing based on a BNPL service. At its core are payments and BNPL, and around them are an e-wallet, insurance, and partner services. The Lead Product Manager is responsible for the Super App as a single product, works directly with the Head of Product, and participates in quarterly planning.

Your area of responsibility:

• Application architecture: main screen, navigation, search, access to services
• Customer journey from installation to the second and third service: onboarding, KYC, first transaction, cross-sell
• Funnels and their conversion with pre- and post-measurement
• Integration of own services and partner mini-apps according to a unified standard
• Non-credit revenue: share from partners, services for merchants, advertising, subscriptions, insurance
• Regular UX research and compliance with the requirements of Bank Negara Malaysia, Consumer Credit Act, and PDPA

This role is for you if you have:

• 6+ years in product, including 3+ years in a Super App with multiple services
• Cases of UX architecture and funnel growth, confirmed by numbers
• Integration experience: SSO, common KYC and wallet, mini-apps, or APIs
• Launched sources of non-credit revenue
• Strong analytics: cohorts, A/B tests, ability to independently calculate metrics
• Experience mentoring or managing at least one person
• Professional English and native Russian

Knowledge of fintech in Malaysia and Southeast Asia is a big plus.
