Chat Moderator

We are expanding our team and looking for Chat Moderators who will be responsible for order and activity in chats during live broadcasts.

🎯 Main Tasks • Be constantly present during live broadcasts of the assigned squad according to the schedule. • Promptly remove spam, insults, prohibited links, and advertisements of third-party resources. • Prevent and suppress mass spam attacks (bot attacks). • Maintain a positive atmosphere and activity in the chat. • Stimulate viewer interaction: ask questions to the streamer, react to broadcast events, and engage the audience in dialogue. • Send promo codes and other messages provided by the broadcast mechanics. • Monitor compliance with chat rules and timely respond to violations.

👤 Candidate Profile • Attentiveness and high reaction speed. • Ability to quickly recognize spam, suspicious links, and rule violations. • Proficient written communication skills. • Activity and ability to maintain live communication in the chat. • Responsibility and readiness to adhere to the broadcast schedule. • Ability to maintain concentration throughout the entire broadcast. • Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and respond promptly to changes in chat activity. • Experience in moderating chats, streams, or online communities will be an advantage.
