Hi! We are the Tutu team. For over 20 years, we've been inspiring new trips, helping to easily plan journeys, and book everything you need – from tickets to hotels.
We are looking for a creative editor who, together with the team, will be responsible for brand communication: from banners, emails, and landing pages to federal campaigns, special projects, collaborations, and offline integrations. We work closely with design, production, and other marketing teams.
The creative editor's work will have two main focuses: partner projects for brands within the Tutu ecosystem and communication for the new AI assistant.
— Coming up with and launching partner projects for brands within Tutu: from media formats and longreads to digital special projects and large integrations
— Independently working with longreads for partner integrations: finding an idea and angle for the material, gathering facts, structuring, and writing the text
— Working with Tutu's AI assistant: developing its tone of voice, creating dialogues, communication scenarios, and product communication within the company and for an external audience
— Participating in other brand creative tasks: coming up with ideas and breaking them down into different formats – banners, stories, emails, push notifications, landing pages, videos, and other materials
— Finalizing ideas with designers and producers to implementation
— Working with contractors and supervising the creative part of projects when necessary
— Experience as a creative editor, copywriter, or author in an in-house creative team
— Strong writing skills and ability to work with various formats: from headlines, banners, or push notifications to emails, landing pages, and longreads
— Ability to not only write but also conceptualize: find an idea, concept, or mechanic for a task and develop it across different formats
— Experience with special projects.
— Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating both editorial skills and creative thinking
— Experience working with brand voice: understanding how communication principles work, ability to analyze them, develop them, and translate them into concrete texts
— Ability to independently understand a task, propose a solution, argue for it, and bring it to completion without constant validation
— Ability to work collaboratively with designers, producers, internal clients, and contractors
— Ability to calmly explain ideas, accept feedback, and iterate on solutions without losing meaning
— Proficient in Figma
— Using neural networks as a working tool: for ideas, drafts, finding formats, structuring, or speeding up routine tasks
— Experience with AI products, chatbots, or assistants
— Experience with travel services
— Experience with partner projects, brand media, special projects, or native advertising
The creative editor will become part of the Tutu creative team and will report to the creative lead. The team also includes another copywriter and a creative director.
We work on almost all projects in close collaboration with designers and producers. Internal clients are most often project managers, special project managers, and product owners.
Work is structured in weekly sprints. On Mondays, the team plans tasks, and then works in a weekly cycle. Processes are already established. At the start, the team will help you understand the product, tasks, and work specifics. After that, independence in your area of responsibility is important.
We work 5/2.
You can choose a convenient format: a permanent desk in the office, a hybrid schedule, or fully remote work.
