Clarification of location

For a direct client project (a bank, not top 5), Senior/TechLead Flutter developer is required

Level - Senior/TechLead Format - outstaff, white label Duration - from 3 months, long-term extension Payment - monthly, up to 45k (currency not specified, assuming RON based on 'k') Rate - up to 2200 (Senior), up to 2400 (TechLead), including VAT Location - Russia, Belarus

Requirements:

• Experience in banks and/or FinTech IT companies as a Flutter developer for 3+ years (TechLead for 5+ years)
• Deep knowledge of the Dart language
• Knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift is highly welcome;
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles and the ability to apply them;
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture principles and approaches;
• Knowledge of basic OOP patterns and principles;
• Understanding and ability to apply SOLID principles;
• Ability to work with Git;
• Pixel Perfect;
• Ability to work with REST API and WebSockets;
• Knowledge and experience using bloc, auto_route libraries;
• Native development experience for iOS/Android is welcome;
• Ability to create adaptive interfaces for different types of devices.

Will be a plus: • Designed or developed transfers, deposits, accounts, or card services. Understanding the lifecycle of these products • Experience participating in pilot projects for the implementation of the digital ruble • Experience integrating with high-load external platforms (SBP, PCR)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the digital ruble in remote banking services for individuals
• Designing new and developing old functionality in the Bank's mobile application;
• Discussing the achievement of goals with the team and actively solving problems;
• Decomposing tasks into atoms so that everyone clearly understands what needs to be done and how;
• Finding optimal technical solutions within their area of responsibility;
• Developing UI components and debugging them in Storybook;
• Active participation in technical discussions of tasks being solved by the team;
• Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
