Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a complex cross-platform application on Flutter; Design the architecture of new features and reusable components, considering scalability requirements; Integrate the application with backend services via REST API (Dio), WebSocket, and gRPC; Optimize UI/UX performance, ensure stable 60 FPS on complex screens, profile memory and rendering; Implement modern architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, Feature-based approach); Configure CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic/GitHub Actions) and automate the release cycle; Conduct code reviews, develop engineering culture within the team, mentor Middle and Junior developers; Participate in task decomposition with analysts and designers. Mandatory Requirements: 4+ years of commercial development experience with Flutter; Expert knowledge of Dart (null safety, generics, isolates, pattern matching); Deep understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles; Solid experience with modern state managers: BLoC/Cubit or Riverpod (reactive programming, streams); Practical experience in building Clean Architecture and implementing Dependency Injection (e.g., GetIt); Experience integrating Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Deep Links / App Links, and hybrid scenarios (WebView); Performance optimization skills: bottleneck identification, working with Impeller, memory management; Experience in team development, setting up code review processes, and maintaining technical documentation; Understanding of mobile application lifecycle, basic knowledge of Android SDK and iOS SDK specifics (for resolving native issues). Additional (Desirable) Requirements: Experience publishing own packages on pub.dev; Experience with Firebase Suite (Crashlytics, Analytics/AppMetrica, Remote Config); Secure data storage (Flutter Secure Storage), SSL pinning; Experience implementing complex navigation and offline-first architectures (Hive/Drift/Isar); Experience migrating legacy projects from native development (Swift/Kotlin) to Flutter; Contributions to open-source projects in the Flutter ecosystem.
