Vacancy: Flutter Developer (part-time) Salary: 1700 ₽/hour + 6% Format: part-time, ~20 hours per month (possible increase), remote within Russia

**We are inviting a Flutter Developer to join a project for enhancing a mobile application for a client company. The project is related to the development of digital products in the technology and innovation sector. The current team is small, and the work involves both independent task completion and interaction with the client to clarify requirements.

What you will do:

• Enhance the mobile application based on client requests (new screens, features, integrations).
• Develop UI in Flutter, adapting to the product's design system.
• Integrate backend via REST API, configure error handling and data management.
• Estimate the effort and timeline for task completion.
• Interact with the client to clarify requirements and demonstrate results.
• Maintain existing code, fix bugs, and optimize performance.

Requirements (mandatory):

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter development experience.
• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter (widget tree, state management, animations, custom painters).
• Experience with REST API, Dio/Http, serialization (json_serializable/freezed).
• Understanding of architectural patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider — at least one).
• Ability to independently understand and modify existing code.
• Debugging and performance profiling skills.
• Ability to estimate tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with native modules (Platform Channels, Pigeon).
• Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
• Experience with CI/CD setup (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
• Experience with WebSocket / real-time.
• Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
