Flutter Developer (Middle)

Compensation: 1700 ₽ per hour (120,000 – 170,000 ₽ net)

Project Description:

Development and support of a cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android with high-load interfaces and complex business logic. Project team — 130 people (BE, FE, Android, Flutter, SA, DM, DevOps, Arch, L2, UX/UI).

📋 Hard Skills Requirements:

— 3+ years of commercial mobile application development experience with Flutter
— Experience in developing and supporting cross-platform applications for iOS and Android
— Experience in developing high-load user interfaces and complex business logic
— Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services (REST API, WebSocket)
— Experience supporting the product throughout its entire lifecycle: developing new features, refactoring, performance optimization, bug fixing
— Experience participating in team development, code review
— Excellent knowledge of Flutter and Dart
— Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles
— Experience with BLoC/Cubit and reactive programming
— Understanding of modern mobile application architectures (Clean Architecture, Feature-based architecture, MVVM)
— Experience with Dependency Injection (GetIt)
— Confident knowledge of network operations: REST API, Dio, interceptors, error handling, authorization
— Experience with JSON serialization (json_serializable, Freezed)
— Experience integrating Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
— Experience implementing Deep Links and App Links
— Experience developing hybrid applications: working with WebView
— Understanding of the Flutter application lifecycle
— Experience in performance optimization and bottleneck identification skills
— Experience with Git
— Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
— Basic understanding of Android SDK and iOS SDK

— Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Messaging)

— Experience with local notifications
— Experience with native code integration
— Experience developing complex navigation and scenarios for opening the application from Push and Deep Links
— Experience with WebSocket or other streaming connections
— Experience with logging and monitoring tools
