About the Project

SpeakUp is an international AI platform that helps companies, conference organizers, media teams, and experts find each other for speaking engagements, interviews, events, and B2B communication.

We are looking for a Middle-level Flutter Mobile Developer to help develop the product’s mobile application, improve the user experience, and quickly launch new features together with a small product team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a mobile application on Flutter for iOS and Android
• Implement new product features together with the founders and product team
• Integrate the application with the backend via REST API and WebSockets
• Work with real-time events, notifications, and user scenarios
• Optimize the performance and stability of the mobile application
• Participate in discussions of UX logic and product decisions
• Help improve architecture and code quality

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Flutter for 2+ years
• Development experience for iOS + Android
• Ability to work with API, asynchrony, and state management
• Understanding of mobile architecture and clean code
• Experience in product teams or startups will be a big plus
• Independence and ability to make technical decisions quickly
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, to work freely with an international team, documentation, and product discussions

• Experience with AI-first or SaaS products
• Work with real-time matching / messaging / booking flows
• Experience with analytics, paywalls, or subscription logic
• Participation in MVP launches and rapid product iterations
