Head of Security | Limassol, Cyprus

We are an international payment company that is actively growing and scaling its business. Now we are looking for a Head of Security — an experienced leader who will head the security department and help build a reliable business protection system in a fast-growing international company.

This is a strategic role with a high degree of independence, the opportunity to influence key company processes, and to work directly with top management.

Key responsibilities:

🔹 develop and implement the company's security strategy; 🔹 identify and minimize operational, financial, and reputational risks; 🔹 conduct internal audits and investigations; 🔹 build processes for corporate, economic, and personnel security; 🔹 vet counterparties, partners, and candidates; 🔹 interact with department heads on risk management issues; 🔹 develop internal security policies and procedures; 🔹 participate in the investigation of fraud cases and prevention of financial losses; 🔹 interact with external consultants, regulators, and government bodies as needed.

We are looking for a candidate who:

✔️ has at least 5 years of experience as Head of Security / Security Manager or in a similar position; ✔️ has mandatory experience in payment companies, fintech, iGaming; ✔️ has experience in conducting internal investigations and risk management; ✔️ understands the principles of corporate, financial, and economic security; ✔️ knows how to handle confidential information; ✔️ is fluent in English.
