Junior Backend Developer (PHP)

amoCRM is an IT company with state accreditation, with over 7 years of experience in the international market, and one of the leaders in the field of customer relationship management system development. Our CRM system helps companies increase sales and build efficient and comfortable relationships with clients in Russia, CIS, USA, Indonesia, Europe, and Latin America.

We are looking for Junior PHP Developers who are interested in doing their job and care about doing it well. You will be surrounded by technically strong colleagues in the team who are ready to share their experience. In our team, you have the opportunity to truly influence the product's development.

Our services are constantly scaling, improving, and optimizing, with new integrations being launched. Currently, several large services are under development, used daily by hundreds of thousands of clients.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize existing code under growing load
• Develop new functionality, conceptualize new solutions
• Participate in product development from task discussion to production launch
• Conduct code reviews for your own and others' code
• Interact with managers, developers, and other specialists
• Continuously develop, learn, and enhance your knowledge and skills

We expect you to:

• Have more than 6 months of experience developing in PHP
• Have worked with one of the frameworks Laravel/Laminas
• Have a strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Know design patterns
• Have solved complex architectural problems
• Have experience with caching
• Have experience with message queue brokers

Bonus points for:

• Experience with high-load systems
• Experience within a DevOps culture
• Experience with code testing
• Ability to think structurally and decompose tasks
