✅Responsibilities: — Shape and implement the platform's technological strategy, considering growth, scaling, and regulatory requirements. — Define the target architecture, development standards, and principles for selecting the technology stack. — Ensure the reliability and availability of key platform circuits (SLA/SLO), manage incidents, on-call processes, post-mortems, and disaster recovery. — Develop DevOps and CI/CD practices: release pipelines, infrastructure, code, configuration and secrets management. — Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs, participate in capacity planning and technical risk assessment. — Together with product and PMO, reduce time-to-market, build transparent delivery processes and development cycle metrics. — Standardize the launch of new operators and integration of external providers, reducing launch and implementation times. — Build a quality assurance system: test automation, quality gates, reduction of production defects. — Ensure security and correct handling of sensitive data, implement a security-by-design approach. — Manage the engineering organization (development, DevOps/SRE, QA): structure, lead roles, team hiring and development. — Be the point for technological decisions and escalations, work closely with the CEO and COO.

✅Who we are looking for: — A leader with 7–10 years of experience as CTO / Head of Engineering / Technical Director in product or platform IT companies. — A specialist with experience managing high-load systems, including payment and integration circuits. — An expert in SRE and DevOps approaches: SLO, monitoring, alerting, on-call, CI/CD, IaC. — A professional with experience in accelerating delivery and optimizing development processes in conjunction with product and operational teams. — A person with a deep understanding of architecture, API standards, integrations, and quality management. — A leader with experience in building information security processes and working with sensitive data. — A leader with strong management and communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business results. — English language level — B2.
