🚀 CTO / Chief Technology Officer (iGaming, Tier 1)

We are a Ukrainian investment holding company that has been developing iGaming projects for over 4 years. Now we are moving to a new level — launching our own highload platform for Tier 1 markets with the ambition to create a strong, scalable product.

We are looking for a CTO who will take full technical leadership and build the product from scratch: from architecture to the team. This is a role with maximum impact, freedom of decision-making, and real resources.

📍 Location: Bratislava (Slovakia)

💥 Tasks:

• Forming the technological foundation: choosing architecture (Reliable Core + Microservices) and stack, considering Time-to-Market
• Defining the Build vs Buy strategy: what to develop in-house (Core / Wallet / Logic), and what to connect as SaaS
• Designing integrations (games, payment systems): abstractions, failover, retry, smart routing
• Ensuring high availability: mirrors, redirects, bypassing blocks
• Preparing the platform for licensing (Anjouan / Curacao)
• Security: DDoS protection, SQL-injection prevention, antifraud, crypto wallet protection
• Building the team and implementing engineering practices (CI/CD, code review, stable production)

🧠 Requirements:

• Strong backend background (Senior/Lead → Architect) in highload projects
• Experience in iGaming (PAM, Seamless Wallet, transactional systems)
• Understanding of infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, ensuring 99.9% uptime)
• Business orientation: understanding the impact of technology on LTV, retention, and profit
