Hello everyone! My name is Alexandra, I'm an IT recruiter representing Hit Hunt.

We are currently looking for a CTO for an international product company in the online gaming and digital services sector.

The company is actively growing (team of ~165 people) and is looking for a strong technological leader who will help scale the engineering organization and implement modern AI approaches in development.

What you will be doing:

• Accelerate delivery and improve release predictability • Develop engineering processes and team interaction • Participate in architectural decisions and shaping technical strategy • Work with platform security (OWASP, transaction security, antifraud) • Implement AI in development processes: code generation, test automation, AI-assisted code review, accelerating time-to-market • Conduct audits of development processes and eliminate bottlenecks • Dive into code and architecture if necessary (hands-on)

What is important

✔️ Experience managing multiple development teams for 3+ years ✔️ Strong technical background (not just management) ✔️ Experience in medium-sized product companies ✔️ Deep understanding of Python, Node.js, and React will be a plus ✔️ Experience with high-load systems ✔️ Experience with financial transactions, security, and antifraud ✔️ Practical experience in implementing AI in development processes with measurable results is mandatory
