• Accelerate development and boost current teams: audit bottlenecks, optimize business processes, speed up delivery • Dive into code and architecture (Python/Node.js/React), no need to write code yourself • Ensure system security: OWASP, protection against vulnerabilities and transaction errors • Implement AI pipelines: code generation, test automation and Code Review, increase development speed

** What we expect:**

• Experience managing multiple development teams • Deep understanding of Python, Node.js, React • Experience with security, financial transactions, and fraud prevention • Experience implementing AI in development processes, real cases of TTM acceleration
