💼 Responsibilities: • Accelerate development and boost current teams: audit bottlenecks, optimize business processes, speed up delivery • Dive into code and architecture (no need to write Python/Node.js/React yourself) • Ensure system security: OWASP, protection against vulnerabilities and transaction errors • Implement AI pipelines: code generation, test automation and Code Review, increasing development speed

🎯 Expectations: • Experience managing multiple development teams • Deep understanding of Python, Node.js, React • Experience with security, financial transactions, and fraud prevention • Experience implementing AI in development processes, real cases of TTM acceleration
