Lead DevOps Engineer At HyperHug, we create mobile games and are growing fast 🚀 We are currently looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help develop the infrastructure for Oxide: Survival Island — our multiplayer survival shooter for mobile.

🎯 Responsibilities: • Building processes and a team from scratch to ensure 24/7 infrastructure reliability (monitoring, on-call, incident management). • Managing servers in different regions (including the USA), ensuring stable operation. • Maintaining CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment. • Ensuring the full lifecycle of nodes: updates, scaling, minimizing downtime. • Developing and implementing strategies for DDoS attack protection. • Managing incidents: reacting quickly and resolving critical situations. • Configuring and supporting high-availability and fault-tolerant databases. • Implementing best security practices and monitoring infrastructure and data protection.

🧠 What we expect from you: • 5+ years of experience in relevant DevOps/SRE positions. • Experience building processes from scratch. • Practical experience in DDoS protection. • Understanding of centralized node management systems. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar). • Proficient in CI/CD and automation tools. • Experience managing distributed servers. • Strong incident resolution and troubleshooting skills.
