🟡About the project We are developing a high-load platform for IT infrastructure management, monitoring, and process automation. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can take on technical leadership, stabilize the current codebase, and build effective backend services development in Go.

🔧 Project Tasks Development and enhancement of backend services in Go; Refactoring and stabilization of the existing codebase to improve reliability, readability, and maintainability; Designing technical solutions: selecting architectural approaches, integration patterns, and technology stack; Conducting code reviews, controlling code quality, and adhering to internal development standards; Providing technical support to the team: analyzing problem areas, resolving complex incidents, mentoring 3 Go developers; Team leadership: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, estimating effort, developing employee competencies; Conducting technical research (POC), comparing technologies, preparing architectural and technical documentation.

✅ Mandatory Requirements Commercial experience in designing and developing backend services (team development, production operation); Experience integrating systems and working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, and similar); Code review skills and proven experience in technical leadership within a development team; Solid refactoring skills and experience working with legacy code: ability to safely modernize code without loss of stability; Ability to work effectively under incomplete or changing requirements, quickly adapting architecture and plans; Clear communication: ability to report statuses on time, identify risks, and convey technical solutions in business language; Proactive approach: independence in finding solutions, focus on results and product quality.

🌟 Will be an advantage Understanding of infrastructure and network discovery principles (resource discovery, service mesh, DNS resolving); Experience with remote access and monitoring protocols and technologies: SNMP, WMI, SSH, WinRM, ICMP; Knowledge of authentication and access management mechanisms via Active Directory (AD) and LDAP; Skills in normalizing data from heterogeneous sources: aggregation, cleaning, mapping to a unified schema; Experience interacting with ITSM systems, monitoring tools, as well as working with CMDB, ITAM / inventory platforms.
