Key Responsibilities • Comprehensive management of operating and under-construction real estate properties • Supervision of all operational services and ensuring a high level of service • Organization and supervision of contractors, service companies, and technical specialists • Maintaining properties in impeccable technical and operational condition • Formation, optimization, and control of budget execution • Preparation of transparent financial and operational reports for the owner • Full administrative management of properties: contracts, documentation, registers of assets and engineering infrastructure • Control of engineering systems (electricity supply, climate control systems, water supply, etc.) • Interaction with management companies, government authorities, and external contractors • Obtaining necessary permits and supporting technical projects • Coordination of drivers, technical staff, and external service providers • Interaction with the family's personal assistants • Execution of tasks from the owner and family members within the scope of property management • Ensuring absolute confidentiality

Requirements • Higher technical education or education in hospitality / hotel management • Fluent English • Russian language - a significant advantage • Experience as Estate Manager / Property Manager / Residence Manager for 5+ years • Experience with UHNWI, Family Office, or private residences is mandatory • Excellent knowledge of property operation and engineering systems • Experience in managing contractors, budgets, and staff • High level of responsibility and independence • Stress resistance and ability to work in a multitasking environment • Systematic approach, attention to detail, and high reaction speed
