We are Eurobrands Lebensmittelgroßhandel GmbH & Co. KG, and for over 19 years, we have been engaged in the wholesale of FMCG food products from international brands: Ferrero, Mars, Nestlé, Haribo, Lorenz, Lays, Pringles, Chio, Milka, Katjes, Storck, and others. We have over 30,000 SKUs and operate on a C&C Online basis.
We need a UX/UI designer for our team. Remote work, full-time or part-time.
Tasks
- Map the customer journey: website, online store registration, product search, cart and order, receiving our offers via WhatsApp and email.
- Identify areas where the customer experiences inconvenience, confusion, or poor design, and propose solutions.
- Redesign the online store interface: buttons, product cards, catalog, cart, registration and order forms.
- Design templates for emails, newsletters, and customer offers.
- Prepare mockups for developers and verify that the website implementation matches the design.
Requirements
- UX/UI experience of 2+ years, preferably in online stores or B2B.
- Portfolio with projects that have been launched live.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of why customers abandon their carts and how to fix it.
- English for work correspondence.
- Readiness to start within 3-4 business days after terms agreement.
- High level of Russian language proficiency, attention to detail, independence.
Will be a plus
- Experience in B2B e-commerce or FMCG.
- Experience with Magento and Bitrix24.
- Email template development or experience with email marketing platforms.
Conditions
- Remote work: full-time 5/2 from 9 AM to 6 PM Moscow time, or part-time.
- Own equipment, stable internet. We provide VPN.
- Income of €1200-1700 net, depending on employment and performance.
- Training and support during the adaptation period.
