Tasks: — Development of backend services in Java (Spring) — Work with a microservice architecture — Design and optimization of business logic — Integrations with external systems — Participation in architectural decisions

Requirements: — Perfect knowledge of the Kazakh language. — Experience from 4 years (Java 17, Spring Framework) — Deep understanding of JVM (GC, memory, profiling) — OOP, SOLID, Maven — PostgreSQL + experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) — Microservices, Kafka, multithreading, reactive approaches — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring — Understanding of networks (HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS) — Git, code review, testing (JUnit, Mockito) — Experience in mentoring and team development
