Uzum Market is looking for a Product Designer to join the Fashion team.
Fashion (category experience) is a team responsible for the user journey in the Fashion product category, and elsewhere where necessary to address business and customer pain points.
What you will be doing:
- Conceptualize scenarios in mockups, ensuring user convenience and business benefit;
- Design complex and visually appealing interfaces;
- Develop concepts within your area of responsibility together with the team;
- Groom and hand over mockups for development;
- Conduct design reviews of development and monitor product quality in production;
- Communicate and collaborate with other designers to achieve the best results;
- Present your solutions to everyone, from the design team to top management.
What we expect from our future team member:
- 3+ years of experience in product design in the B2C segment;
- App-first approach when solving problems;
- Practice data-driven design as a basis for decision-making;
- Know what JTBD, CJM, Double Diamond are and apply them in practice;
- Your UI and aesthetic sense are pleasing;
- Understand metrics and how they help in your work;
- Not afraid to conduct research independently;
- Able to independently plan your time and resources to achieve results;
- Partnership attitude towards all team members.
