🚀 BILLZ is a SaaS product within the TBC Uzbekistan ecosystem that helps over 7000 stores automate accounting, sales, and analytics. Our clients include Levi’s, Puma, Calvin Klein, L’Occitane, Yves Rocher, and other brands.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the BILLZ team. In this role, you will work on web and mobile products, research user scenarios, design interfaces, and develop the design system. An important part of the job is to understand how users interact with the product and make design decisions based on research, data, and business objectives.
What you will do?
- Design UX/UI for web and mobile products.
- Conduct user research: interviews, usability testing, and analysis of user scenarios.
- Develop User Flows, including edge cases and non-standard scenarios.
- Create clear interface texts – from tooltips to error messages.
- Develop the design system and work on its synchronization with development.
- Participate in the creation and validation of new product solutions.
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics in Amplitude, AppMetrica, Firebase Analytics, and other tools.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Utilize AI tools in design processes.
Who we are looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in B2B/SaaS products.
- Proficient in Figma and a strong UI/UX foundation.
- Experience conducting user research and testing.
- Experience working with design systems or creating them from scratch.
- Ability to write short and clear UX texts.
- Understanding of product metrics and principles of human-centered design.
- Ability to work with uncertainty, think systemically, and justify decisions.
- A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating the work process and the impact of decisions on the product.
